WINDSHIELD

Windshield - A prefabricated structure made of durable plastic, which is placed on the scales in order to nullify the influence of air movement on the results of measurements on the scales.

CALIBRATION

Each of our units comes pre-calibrated and has undergone thorough, multiple key-point inspections from the factory. The calibration function is also externally accessible to the user.

To calibrate the scale:

1. Long press MODE button until LCD display show CAL and the preset calibration weight required ‘200g’ (not included). Short press MODE button to confirm.

2. Place 200 g standard weight on the weighing pan.

3. Display will show PASS indicating the scale has been calibrated successfully.

If loading weight is not stable or you abort calibration, the scale will show ‘Err’ and automatically turns off.
